Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. In the case of an order for multiple goods that are delivered separately, the period begins from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email, about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached or below sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. Excluded from this are additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, depending on which is the earlier date.
You must return the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract, or hand them over in our store:

The deadline is met if you send or hand over the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. A free return label will not be provided.
If the goods cannot normally be returned by post due to their nature, please add:
The costs of returning non-postable goods are estimated at a maximum of about 200 EUR.
You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-fabricated and for which the production is significantly determined by the individual choice or specification of the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. This particularly applies to custom-made products according to customer specifications. This exception corresponds to the statutory custom-made exception in § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB.
General Information
Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
These instructions are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
